Individual Therapy is a collaborative approach where we support you through challenging experiences and together, we will process difficult feelings that are negatively impacting your life.


You are the author of your story, and we are here to make you the narrator. In these sessions, the goal is to empower you and ultimately heal past wounds. Let’s discover the life you have always dreamed of!


Individual therapy is also beneficial to working through unresolved loss and trauma, both of which are inevitable in life. By yourself, the healing process can be intimidating. Trauma, much like grief, looks different on everyone, and having the additional support can be comforting as we process these feelings in a safe space.
