Everyone can benefit from therapy in one way or another. Therapy is a great tool to learn how to navigate situations differently than you may have in the past. Therapy is more than a nonjudgmental, safe space to share your inner thoughts and to re-establish connection with a loved one. It can be a place to learn boundaries, safely explore feelings, find value, and to be heard.

Every person has a different set of challenges and goals, the therapy approach is dependent on the individual needs. All you need to do is show up and be ready to do the work with me!
