MEET OUR TEAM

Hi! I'm Amari

I am dedicated to providing compassionate care to individuals facing challenges in feeling loved and supported in their daily lives. Specializing in addressing anxiety, trauma, low self-esteem, major life transitions, and chronic relationship conflicts, I strive to empower clients who feel their emotional needs are unmet and struggle to advocate for themselves. Utilizing EMDR, a methodically structured yet adaptable approach, I facilitate trauma processing, alleviate psychological distress, and foster healing and emotional well-being.

Central to my practice is the belief that each client is unique, necessitating a personalized and tailored therapeutic approach. I am committed to guiding individuals & couples in exploring their diverse emotional landscapes through EFT, ensuring cultural sensitivity and inclusivity for the Black & Brown and LGBTQIA+ communities.

In addition to offering cognitive behavioral techniques aimed at diminishing negative thought patterns such as self-judgment and self-criticism, I embrace a holistic perspective, integrating modalities that address the interconnectedness of the mind, body, and spirit. My mission is to support clients on their journey towards greater self-awareness, resilience, and fulfillment.

Hi! I'm Angel

Navigating change can be an overwhelming journey, and I firmly believe it's one that you don't have to undertake alone. Adopting a systemic perspective allows me to approach your narrative holistically, placing you at the forefront to share your lived experiences. My role isn't about influencing change on your behalf, but rather equipping you with the tools necessary to enact change for yourself.

Throughout my practice, I've supported clients grappling with a diverse array of challenges, encompassing anxiety, depression, relationship dynamics, family and couple communication, suicidal ideation, self-harm urges, and other mental health concerns.

Moreover, I possess extensive experience working with adolescents and young adults in partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient, juvenile populations, and within the LGBTQIA+ population who are facing similar distress. Operating from a foundation of empathy and non-judgment, I wholeheartedly affirm and celebrate individual differences.

Hi! I'm Zariah!

I am currently enrolled in a Master’s Program specializing in Marriage and Family Therapy.

I have experience working with adolescents, teens, and adults within the BIPOC community. I believe in a systematic approach which includes looking at how parts of a system affect one another to sustain healthy relationships. The systems theory applies to individuals, families, and even group therapies.

I create a safe and non judgmental environment for my clients to encourage transparency and growth.
